Shipping Policy


lotusleaf.co.in offers free shipping across India on all orders above Rs.750/- and will attract a shipping charge of Rs 49 on orders below Rs 750. We are happy to share with you that, a special offer of 3% cashback is given to all pre-payment orders. Immediate cashback is done once the payment is made successful. Cashback will be credited to your Lotusleaf wallet, which can be used on your future purchases at lotusleaf.co.in. You can use that wallet money anytime you need as it does not have an expiry attached to it.

You can always get in touch with us for any information regarding the status of your order or shipment.




Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to you with order details and the expected delivery date.




All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days for major cities and within 8-10 business days for other locations. The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability and other factors that may influence it.


Note: Incase our courier partners do not serve in your location, we will ship the order by registered speed post, and delivery may take 5-10 working days. This option is available only for the prepaid orders (Net banking & Credit/Debit cards/Lotusleaf wallet)


We work only with reputed national courier for safe delivery and express shipping of your orders.




You can track your order with/without logging into your account on Lotusleaf.co.in. You can also, click on Track Order to track your order by using the details that is given in your shipment confirmation mail.


Note: You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery.




  • An item is missing from my shipment.


This is very rare as we ensure multiple checks during our product packing process. Please check if you have been charged for the missing item in the invoice enclosed. If you have been charged, please mail us immediately at customercare@lotusleaf.co.in , you can also post your queries at Feedback/Complaints.


  • Important Notes

1. In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any item in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or the full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments.

2. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to your bank account, Lotusleaf wallet or via cheque (details of which will be furnished by you separately to us) as per your convenience. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at customercare@lotusleaf.co.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
